Do I own my data?

Yes — fully. The custom report builder exports to CSV today, with broader per-table exports on the roadmap. SQL-level database dumps are available on request. If you ever cancel, you take everything with you.

Is there migration help?

Yes. We have tools to bring over your contacts, tickets, time entries, and historical invoices, and we'll work with you on getting your data in. Timeline depends on your source system and the volume of data — reach out and we'll scope it together.

How does pricing work?

What happens to my data if you have an outage?

Replicated MySQL primaries with automated failover via MySQL Orchestrator. Encrypted database backups on a schedule you configure, retained for 30 days. We notify affected customers directly when something goes wrong.
