What migration looks like
The ConnectWise → OriginPSA migration is one of the most common paths the platform is designed for. Standard sequence:
- Trial in parallel. Start a 14-day OriginPSA trial alongside live ConnectWise. Real users, real data, no interference with your production system.
- Export from ConnectWise. Customers, contacts, tickets, time entries, and invoice history. ConnectWise allows CSV export of most of these; our importer handles the typical column layouts.

- Run dual for a billing cycle. One full month-end close in both systems to verify financials reconcile before committing.
