No setup fees
Kickoff call, data import help, workflow configuration, and team training are included with every paid plan. See the Onboarding page for the full scope.
No integration fees
Every integration on your tier is included. No per-connection charges, no "connector" packages.
No support fees
Email support is included on every plan. Priority support is Enterprise only — no separate paid support contracts.
No data-export fees
If you ever leave, you take your data with you. CSV exports today, full DB dumps on request, no charge either way.
No price hikes mid-contract
Pricing is locked for the duration of your active subscription. We give 30 days written notice before any change to renewals.
No bait-and-switch upgrades
We'll never demote a feature out of your tier to push you up. The plan you signed up for is the plan you keep.
Pricing FAQ
The questions every prospect asks about how this works.
- Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
- No, and we mean that specifically. Every paid subscription includes a kickoff call within 3 business days, hands-on data import for customers / contacts / tickets / time / invoices, workflow configuration help (SLA policies, triage rules, billing model), a 60–90 minute team training session, and 30 days of priority response after go-live. The full scope is described on the Onboarding page.
- Do I need to commit to an annual contract?
- No. Pricing is monthly, billed by Stripe, no contract. Cancel anytime from your customer portal — your account stays active through the end of the paid period plus a 30-day grace window during which you can export your data.
- What happens at the end of the 14-day trial?
- You pick a plan and become a paying customer. We don't auto-charge the card on file when the trial ends — if you don't subscribe, your tenant is suspended until you do. The card on file exists to deter fake-account abuse, not to silently start billing you.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes, both directions. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you don't lose paid-for time.
- How does per-user pricing work if I have part-time staff?
- A user is anyone with login credentials, full-time or part-time. Read-only roles (e.g., a billing-only user) count as a user too. We don't price by activity, only by accounts.
- Are there discounts for annual prepay?
- Available on Enterprise — contact us for terms. Starter and Professional are month-to-month only because we'd rather earn the renewal each month than lock you in.
- What if I exceed the user cap on Starter or Professional?
- Adding a user above your tier's cap automatically prorates an upgrade to the next tier on the next billing cycle. You'll see a warning in the portal before this happens — no surprise bills.
- Do you offer non-profit or education discounts?
- Case by case. If you're a registered 501(c)(3) or qualifying education entity serving K-12 / higher ed IT operations, reach out and we'll talk.
- Can I see a demo before I sign up?
- The 14-day trial is the demo. You'll have a full working tenant of OriginPSA with all features of your chosen tier, your real data once you've imported it, and our team available for questions. If you'd rather see a guided walkthrough first, contact sales.
