Accounting & Billing

QuickBooks Online

Bidirectional sync via REST API. Customers, vendors, invoices, payments, items, credits, tax codes — flowing in both directions. Per-connection inventory mapping. Drift detection flags edits made inside QB after sync.

QuickBooks Desktop (QBWC)

Two-way sync via the QuickBooks Web Connector and qbXML protocol. Same per-connection mapping + drift detection. Currency names map automatically when multi-currency is on.

Stripe

Cards + US bank ACH. Per-tenant Stripe Connect not required — direct Stripe accounts via stored API keys. Per-tenant webhook URL with UUID. Auto-charge on recurring billing.

Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace

Microsoft Graph (M365)

Inbound email-to-ticket. Two-way email sync. Calendar events for appointments. SAML SSO via Entra ID.

Google Workspace

Inbound email-to-ticket via Gmail API. Two-way email sync. Calendar events for appointments. SAML SSO via Google Workspace SAML.

IMAP/SMTP

Any IMAP-capable mailbox for inbound polling, any SMTP server for outbound. For tenants who don't use M365 or Google.

CIPP (Microsoft 365 partner management)

Tenant management + license assignment + user provisioning for MSPs running customer M365 tenants. Surfaces M365 license counts on the customer record.

RMM & Device Management

NinjaOne RMM

Device + organization sync. Alerts flow into OriginPSA's triage rules. Script execution from the staff app. Live device list on the customer record.

Snipe-IT (asset management)

Bidirectional asset sync. Serialized items in OriginPSA inventory match Snipe-IT asset records; updates flow both ways.

NetBox (DCIM / IPAM)

Light + Full integration tiers. Light surfaces IP and rack assignments on the customer record; Full lets you write back.

Dell Warranty API

Entitlement + warranty lookup on Dell-serialized inventory. Surfaces expiry dates and service tag details.

Monitoring → Tickets

Zabbix

Native webhook media type. Problem events open tickets; OK events resolve them. Per-customer routing via host tag or hostgroup. Severity maps to priority.

PRTG

HTTP push notification template. Sensor down opens a ticket; sensor up resolves the same ticket. Device + group passed through for routing.

Generic webhook

JSON-in, ticket-out for any monitoring tool that can POST a webhook — Grafana, UptimeRobot, custom scripts. Configurable JSON path for severity, source, message. Per-source template plus a triage view at /alerts/monitoring.

Telephony

RingCentral

Inbound call popups, call logging, click-to-dial. RingSense AI conversation insights (optional). Per-tenant subscription state — no cross-tenant call leaks.

GoTo Connect (formerly Jive)

Inbound call popups, call logging. Per-tenant webhook URL with embedded tenant ID for direct routing.

net2phone

Inbound call popups, call logging via webhook subscription. Per-tenant subscription state with disconnect-cleanup on toggle-off.

Card + ACH collection inside OriginPSA's customer portal. SAQ-A PCI scope — your team never sees raw card data.

SignNow

E-signature on estimates, change orders, and service contracts. Webhook-driven status updates.

PandaDoc

E-signature with full document templating. Webhook-driven status updates.

BoldSign

E-signature alternative for cost-sensitive MSPs. Same webhook model.

Shipping & eCommerce

ShipStation

Label generation, tracking, multi-carrier rate shopping. Auto-create shipments from invoices with shippable items.

UPS / FedEx / USPS

Direct API integrations for label printing + tracking. Use these or ShipStation depending on volume + carrier mix.

Shopify

Product + order sync. Inventory levels stay aligned across OriginPSA's catalog and your Shopify storefront.

eBay

Listing + order sync. Same model as Shopify; orders convert to OriginPSA invoices.

CompanyCam

Field-photo capture linked to projects. Photos taken on-site mirror to the project's CompanyCam tab automatically.

Outbound Webhooks

60+ event types (ticket.created, invoice.paid, customer.updated, project.milestone_met, etc.) with HMAC-signed payloads. Connect any tool that accepts a webhook URL.

Identity & Compliance

SAML SSO (Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta)

SP-initiated and IdP-initiated SSO. Multi-tenant aware — same IdP can authenticate users across multiple of your customers.

Turnstile (Cloudflare)

Optional CAPTCHA on public web-to-lead forms and signup pages to filter bot traffic.

AI & Automation

Claude (Anthropic)

Optional AI assistant for ticket triage suggestions, summarization, and customer reply drafting. Tenant brings their own API key — your traffic, your bill.

Inbound Webhooks

Custom inbound webhook URLs for receiving events from your own scripts or third-party tools that don't have a native integration yet.

Migration

RepairShopr Importer

One-time migration importer for tenants moving from RepairShopr. Pulls customers, tickets, invoices, and historical billing into OriginPSA.

CSV Import (guided)

For any other source: customers, contacts, tickets, time entries, and historical invoices via CSV. The OriginPSA team helps with the mapping — included on every plan.

Missing the integration you need?

Most missing integrations are buildable via outbound webhooks (60+ event types, HMAC-signed) or the inbound webhook URLs. For deep two-way integrations, our team takes requests during the trial period — if it's a tool more than two of our customers ask for, we generally ship it.
